5.3 No Guarantee of Matches

While we strive to provide quality matches, we do not guarantee that you will find a suitable partner or that any introduction will lead to a successful relationship or marriage.

6.1 Premium Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Prices are subject to change with notice. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

6.2 Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new premium subscriptions. Refunds for longer subscription periods may be prorated at our discretion. All refund requests must be submitted through our support system.

6.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your premium subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to premium features until that time.

7.1 Our Content

7.2 User Content

9.1 Service Disclaimer

Dhangar Vivah Sanstha is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the Service will meet your specific requirements.

9.2 User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. We do not conduct criminal background checks and cannot verify the accuracy of user profiles or guarantee user safety.

9.3 Limitation of Liability

10.1 Termination by You

These Terms are governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes will be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

11.3 Arbitration

For disputes exceeding ₹50,000, both parties agree to binding arbitration rather than court proceedings. This does not prevent either party from seeking injunctive relief in court when necessary.

12.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines, constitute the entire agreement between you and Dhangar Vivah Sanstha regarding use of the Service.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

12.3 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.

12.4 Force Majeure

Neither party will be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, or government actions.
